2. Subscription Fees

  • All subscription plans are valid for a fixed duration (e.g., 30 days) from the date of successful payment.
  • Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are charged on a one-time basis.
  • There is no automatic renewal unless explicitly stated.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same subscription.
  • Payment deducted successfully but subscription not activated due to a technical error from our side.
  • Refund requests raised within 48 hours of the payment transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds shall be provided in the following cases:

  • Subscription already activated and partially or fully used.
  • No inquiries received during the subscription period.
  • User dissatisfaction due to customer response or lack of business.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Incorrect plan purchase by the user.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled. Users may choose not to renew after the subscription period ends.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5�7 working days . The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Payment Gateway

Payments on Gaadiwala.net are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Gaadiwala.net is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
